Frequently asked questions

CSPC

Q: My son/daughter is currently playing a sport. Is this training okay for them?

A: Yes. Junior high, high school and college-aged athletes around the country are training in season. Research shows that in-season training can be very impactful for maintaining and/or improving muscular endurance, strength, power and joint stability and preventing injury. In-season athletes' programs are modified based on their practice/competition schedule and any training they receive at their school.

Q: My son/daughter doesn’t respond well when I try to help them with training. Is this something you can help with?

A: Absolutely, and this is something we see frequently. When a coach provides a structured environment with proper coaching, programming and teaching for a student-athlete and shows them tangible results, they typically fit right in. This is exactly what we will provide for your student-athlete at CSPC.
