Main Campus

Our hospital, located at 4600 38th St., is a 50-bed acute care facility that provides a full range of inpatient, outpatient and Level III trauma services. In addition to medical services and patient rooms, the building also includes a cafeteria and gift shop.

Healthpark Medical Office Building

The Healthpark Medical Office Building, at 4508 38th St. in Columbus, contains the following clinics: Columbus General Surgery Clinic, Columbus Cardiology Clinic, Columbus Dermatology Clinic, Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, Columbus Otolaryngology Clinic, Columbus Psychiatry Clinic and the Visiting Physicians Clinic.

Adjacent to the Columbus Wellness Center, “The House” includes: an indoor turf field, four full-sized basketball/volleyball courts, a nearly quarter-mile long suspended running track, a youth Jump Zone with trampolines, batting cages, racquetball/handball courts, golf simulators and HitTrax pitching machines. It’s open to the public for memberships and hosts events and tournaments.

South Campus

Located at 3005 19th St., the hospital’s South Campus houses the following programs: Occupational Health Services, which supports employer and employee health and workplace safety; home health and hospice, which offers care in patients’ homes; and Healthy Families, where local parents can find support.

CCH cooking classes

Columbus Community Hospital dietitians and certified diabetes educators lead our healthy cooking classes once a month. These classes cost $15 per person and take place from 5:30-7 p.m. in the multipurpose room at the Columbus Wellness Center. To register, call Susan Olmer at 402-562-4460 or register online.
