Ages 5 and under: Must be accompanied by an adult who is

- When you are using a pitching machine, a waiver MUST BE SIGNED by the adult checking out the machine.
- NO metal cleats are allowed! Batters are required to wear rubber cleats or closed-toed shoes.
- NO on-deck swinging! Misconduct will result in immediate termination.

Usage guidelines:
- Only one person should be present in the hitting area at a time.
- A maximum of four players are allowed to use the simulator at one time.
- Respect equipment. If you break anything, you are responsible for paying for it.
- NO swinging clubs outside of the simulators for safety reasons. All swings should only be performed in the designated hitting areas.
- NO running starts when driving the golf ball.
- Check your surroundings before you swing to ensure no people or obstacles are within your range. Be aware of your backswing and follow-through at all times.
- Pay attention with swinging golf clubs near people.
- CAUTION! Balls exiting the bay at high speeds can be extremely dangerous!
- Shots must be directed toward the hitting screen.
- Only hit one golf ball at a time.
- Throwing golf balls or clubs is prohibited.
- NO metal cleats allowed! Golf shoes or running shoes may be worn.
- Golf clubs must be clean in order to use the simulator.
- Balls marked with any logos are prohibited from use in the simulators.
- You may check out equipment at the north YMCA front desk.

- Four times around the track equals 1 mile.
- The regular pattern of the track is counterclockwise.
- Joggers and walkers should use outside lanes.
- The inside lane is for runners.
- Be courteous to runners and walkers around you.
- Sneakers and soft-soled shoes only – NO spikes.
- NO roller blades, skateboards or Heely shoes.
- Strollers are allowed on the track. Please keep the younger children close to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
The net is not secured to the track, so do NOT climb or hang on the net or railing!

- Everyone 18 and under must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian on file. If you are 19 or older, you must have a signed waiver on file to participate.
- NO guests may be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any illegal substance while using equipment.
- All guests must receive a safety briefing from staff.
- All guests must wear appropriate grip fieldhouse Jump Zone socks. No other socks are allowed.
- Remove all loose clothing/items, jewelry and accessories.
- One jumper per trampoline.
- Take turns in different areas.
- Never attempt to do anything outside of your current skill level.
- Do NOT lie down or rest anywhere on the court. Use the benches/chairs away from the trampolines.
- Do NOT run or race on the court.
- Do NOT climb on the walls, except the bouldering wall.
- Do NOT jump onto another guest’s trampoline.
- Do NOT flip more than twice in a row on square trampolines.
- Guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility for their actions, conduct and personal property.
- Staff members reserve the right to relocate guests, accompanying adults and spectators to a different area at any time.
- Certain areas of the Jump Zone have height specifications.
- NO food or drink outside of the seating area.

Welcome to the soft play area — our safe, energetic community space for children 6 and under.
For the safety of all our members and guests, please follow the rules and guidelines below, as they will be enforced by staff.
Age guidelines:
Children 6 and under ONLY.
Adult supervision is always required.
Usage guidelines:
- Ratio allowed – 1 adult: 6 kids.
- Remove shoes, loose items of clothing and/or jewelry.
- Grip-free socks are always required.
- NO climbing up slides, netting or poles.
- NO toys, sharp objects or other items from home.
- NO sick children (please refer to our sick policy, which is found in the child watch area.)
- Please change diapers often, and give frequent potty breaks to avoid accidents.
- Slide safely! Feet first, and only one person at a time is allowed on the slides. Do not place children on laps when sliding.
- Be kind and take turns.
Adults:
- Are responsible for watching children.
- Are NOT allowed on the slides.
- Are allowed to play with children.
Those not following the rules may be asked to leave the area.

Usage guidelines:
- Respect equipment. If you break anything, you are responsible for paying for it.
- Respect all spaces. NO hanging or climbing on rims/nets/etc.
- Be respectful to guests and staff.
- NO horseplay will be tolerated.
- NO inappropriate language/music.
- NO food, drinks, gum, sunflower seeds, etc., in any area EXCEPT the concessions, café and outside the golf simulators. WATER ONLY!
- Shoes must be worn at all times EXCEPT in designated areas.
- Be mindful of the time limit, even if your game is not completed.
- Clean up after yourself. Return all equipment.
- Report any damage/issues/malfunctions to YMCA and/or Columbus Fieldhouse staff.
- Use of the facility is on a first-come, first-served basis. All areas have a 60-minute time limit EXCEPT for designated areas.
- NO guest may be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any illegal substance while using equipment.
- All guests understand they use the facility and equipment at their own risk. The YMCA and Columbus Fieldhouse are NOT liable for any personal injury OR equipment damage sustained in any area of the facility.
- YMCA and fieldhouse personnel reserve the right to terminate usage, at any time, WITHOUT a refund.
- YMCA and fieldhouse rentals have priority over general usage of the courts/turf.
- NO photos or videos should be taken in locker rooms or bathrooms.
- Physical contact with another person in any angry, threatening or offensive way is prohibited.
- Any kissing, sexual gestures or sexual contact with another person is prohibited.
- Letting non-members into the building through non-staffed doorways is prohibited.
- Carrying any weapons, devices or objects that may be used as weapons is prohibited.
- Smoking, including smokeless tobacco and vaping, are prohibited. The fieldhouse/YMCA and its property is a smoke-free environment.
- Have fun and smile — you’re on camera!
Disciplinary actions:
A strict three-strikes policy will be enforced for youth who do not follow the YMCA and Columbus Fieldhouse rules:
- Strike 1: Verbal warning and same-day notification of the parent/guardian.
- Strike 2: Written warning, same-day notification of the parent/guardian and mailed document.
- Strike 3: Exclusion from the YMCA, its programs and all related activities for a period appropriate for the offense.
