Kristi Wolfe, PLMHP/PCMSW
Biography
Kristi is a part-time cancer care support specialist who joined Columbus Community Hospital in October 2020. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in social work from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Kristi specializes in locating and obtaining supportive resources for patients and their families. She also assists with outreach services and support groups. She is a facilitator for the survivorship programs A Time to Heal and brain fog. Kristi is an active member of the Association of Oncology Social Work and the New Hope Cancer Foundation.
