Biography

Katelyn McPhillips attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska, to receive her associate’s degree, and graduated as a physical therapist assistant in 2014. Throughout her career, she’s worked at outpatient sports and orthopedic rehabilitation clinics in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Stillwater, Oklahoma, helping patients regain their strength and mobility. As a physical therapist assistant, she works under the direction of the physical therapist to assist patients with their exercises and other therapeutic interventions. She records each patient’s progress and reports it to the physical therapist for their continued rehabilitation plan.

Katelyn joined the team at Premier Physical Therapy in December 2021. She is certified in blood flow restriction and is a certified health coach. Her favorite part about working as a physical therapist assistant is building relationships with her patients and watching them return to doing what they love.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Levi, and their four children. Together they spend a lot of time outdoors, attending sporting events and teaching their kids about livestock.
