Platte County confirms fourth measles case; health dept. urges vaccination

Four confirmed measles cases confined to one Platte County household have been reported to the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, DHHS said Monday. Two of the cases are currently active, and so far officials say there is no evidence of community spread.
