Call for nominations: Help us recognize excellence
Columbus Community Hospital offers a variety of awards and recognitions that allow you to celebrate the good work of your co-workers, supervisors and all CCH staff.
If you see someone making an extra effort, please take a moment to nominate them for one of the following awards or recognitions:
- Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award
- This award recognizes volunteers who have gone above and beyond to help the hospital and patients, families, visitors, departments and/or staff.

- The DAISY Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates nurses' extraordinary clinical skills and compassionate care.

- Sheaf of Wheat Award
- The Sheaf of Wheat Award recognizes noncertified nursing employees at the hospital who have made a lasting impression on patients or their families.
- To nominate a noncertified nursing employee, fill out the non-nursing employee form.

- Service Over Self Award
- The Service Over Self Award recognizes CCH employees who routinely give of their spare time to make our community a better place through volunteer work.

- What makes this employee an outstanding volunteer - their story of volunteerism.
