When you need a lab test performed, Columbus Community Hospital makes it easy for you to get the tests your doctor ordered quickly.

CCH’s laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the world’s largest organization of board-certified pathologists, and the leading provider of laboratory accreditation and proficiency testing programs. CAP-accredited laboratories have been recognized for their high standard of care, staff qualifications, equipment, facilities, safety programs and overall management. The CCH laboratory is one of more than 8,000 CAP-accredited facilities worldwide.

Laboratory services

CCH’s laboratory offers a full range of medical tests at its two locations:

  • Draw Center, Healthpark Medical Office Building, Suite 168
    Hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
  • Draw Center, adjacent to registration on the first floor of Columbus Community Hospital
    Hours: 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

Please check in with admissions before you visit CCH’s laboratory. You will need to bring a photo ID and insurance card. Please make an appointment for special collections and kits and glucose tolerance testing by calling 402-562-4477. All other collections are offered on a walk-in basis.
