Healthy Families CCH

Healthy Families CCH is a free, voluntary program that offers resources and support to young parents.

The program:

• Promotes positive parent-child relationships.
• Offers home visits from prenatal through age 3, focusing on your child’s growth and development and fun activities you can enjoy together.
• Provides information on caring for your baby and creating a safe home environment.
• Assistance with parenting struggles.
• Serves families in Boone, Colfax, Nance and Platte counties.

Our vision is to give families the tools and support they need to raise children in a positive and loving home.
