Hummus, any flavor
Whole wheat bread (toasted or not)
Tomato, thinly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Other thinly sliced vegetables (optional), such as lettuce, cucumber, zucchini, etc.
Instructions
- Spread hummus onto bread.
- Add any combination of vegetables, such as tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and/or zucchini. Cut in half and enjoy. These are great for on-the-go lunches in the ballpark, at work or for picnics.
