Minute Hummus

Who said that making homemade hummus was hard? This quick and easy recipe calls for a few ingredients that are probably already in your pantry. Enjoy this with crackers or homemade tortilla chips.

Minute Hummus
INGREDIENTS
1 15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed
1 clove garlic
¼ cup olive oil
2T. fresh lemon juice
2T. tahini (optional)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a food processor, puree the chickpeas and garlic with the olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, cumin and salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add 1-2 T. water as necessary.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and paprika.
