Herbed and Spiced Eggs

Looking for a way to spice up your breakfast? These herbed and spiced eggs may be your answer! Full of flavor and sustenance, this simple and healthy recipe could become a favorite in your kitchen.

Herbed and Spiced Eggs
Ingredients:
½ cup red onion, chopped
8 green onions chopped
1 cup yellow pepper, chopped
6 teaspoon garlic, minced 
3 tablespoon coconut oil
6 eggs, beaten
½ cup shredded cheese of your choice
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
2 tablespoon turmeric

Directions:
  1. Sauté onions, pepper and garlic in oil over medium heat until tender.
  2. Add eggs, cheese, herbs and turmeric.
  3. Cook and stir until eggs are done, serve warm.
