INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup white whole wheat flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon butter
½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tablespoon pure maple syrup
4 tablespoon nonfat milk, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fresh blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender.
- Make a well in the center and add the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, 3T. milk and vanilla. Stir until moistened. Add the blueberries.
- Place the dough into a ¾ inch tall circle on the baking pan. Brush with the remaining milk.
- Slice the circle into 9 triangles with a sharp knife.
- Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden.
