Garlic and Cheese Pull-Apart Bread

This delicious garlic and cheese pull-apart bread could be a nice treat to accompany any Italian dinner. Just like with everything, enjoy in moderation!

Garlic and Cheese Pull-Apart Bread

INGREDIENTS 
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. olive oil
½ c. mozzarella
½ c. parmesan
½ c. Romano
2 tsp. chopped chives dried or fresh
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
1 round loaf of artisan or sour dough bread
1 stick of butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix Garlic, oil, cheeses, chives and red pepper together. Set aside.
  3. Cut the bread in strips one direction, being careful not to cut all the way through. Turn bread 90 degrees and cut strips, not all the way through.
  4. Place loaf of aluminum foil large enough to wrap bread. Stuff the cheese mixture in between the rows. Drizzle loaf with melted butter.
  5. Wrap bread with foil and bake 350 for 20-25 minutes.
