Five-minute hummus

Craving the smoothest, creamiest hummus but only have a few minutes? This quick and easy homemade hummus puts store-bought to shame.

Five-minute hummus
Ingredients

1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon tahini

1 teaspoon cumin

¼ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until blended while adding enough chickpea liquid to make a smooth consistency.
  2. Refrigerate. Makes 2 cups.
