Cucumber Noodle, Watermelon and Feta Salad

Cucumber Noodle, Watermelon and Feta Salad
Ingredients
1 seedless English cucumber
3 cup cubed watermelon
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
Juice of one lime

Directions
  1. Use a spiralizer to create cucumber noodles; place noodles in a large bowl. Add the watermelon cubes, feta cheese and mint.
  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salad.
  3. Serve immediately.
