INGREDIENTS
½ c. cubed frozen pineapple
2 c. packed fresh spinach
1 ripe avocado
1 frozen banana
¾ c. almond milk
3 T. fresh lime juice, plus ½ tsp zest
1 tsp. maple syrup
8 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. If you prefer sweeter smoothies, add more maple syrup. If the consistency is too thick, add more coconut milk and blend again.
- If desired, add two scoops of vanilla protein powder.
