Cinnamon chips and fruit salsa

This Fruit Salsa recipe is a sweet salsa made from diced fruit and served with cinnamon chips. This appetizer will be a hit at your next get-together!

Cook Time: 10 minutes 
Total Time: 25 minutes 
Cinnamon chips and fruit salsa
INGREDIENTS
Cinnamon Chips
10 medium flour tortillas
Cooking spray
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Fruit Salsa
2 apples, cored and peeled
1 pound strawberries, chopped
1 pound raspberries, sliced in half
2 kiwis, peeled
Juice of 1 lemon
3 T. raspberry preserves Regular or No sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl
  3. Spray both sides of the tortilla with cooking spray, and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture on both sides.
  4. Stack 3 tortillas at a time and cut into 8-10 triangle pieces. Separate the pieces from the stack and bake on a baking sheet lined with foil for 8-10 minutes or until crisp. Let cool before serving.
Salsa
  1. Finely chop apples and strawberries. Combine in a bowl and squeeze in lemon juice and stir to combine.
  2. Peel and chop kiwi add to a bowl along with raspberries and preserves. Stir gently to combine. Let sit or chill for 15 minutes. Serve with chips.
