When you receive a diabetes diagnosis, your life changes forever. You may be feeling overwhelmed by all the ways in which you must alter your diet, exercise habits and lifestyle.
CCH’s Diabetes Self-Management Program can help you become more prepared for how different your life is going to be. It provides comprehensive diabetes education for people who are newly diagnosed with diabetes, as well as those with a long-standing history of diabetes.
