ColumbusHosp.org is a website intended to provide information related to services, volunteer opportunities and employment opportunities at Columbus Community Hospital ("CCH" or "We"), along with general information about CCH and general health information. We are dedicated to safeguarding personal information we collect online. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is March 1, 2004. This privacy policy does not apply to information we collect offline. As we continue to offer our users new and different types of content and services, we may modify our practices from time to time. If there is a material change in our collection, use or disclosure practices, a new or revised privacy policy will be posted on the website, and a notice will be sent to you via email if you have provided us with an email address.

At CCH, we collect personally identifiable information, but only information that our users provide to us, or that is obtained through our use of cookies described below.
