We offer the Physical Capacity Profile® which is a comprehensive testing procedure developed by an orthopedic physician. The system physically matches employees to the job and is designed to accommodate individuals with handicaps. PCP testing documents musculoskeletal imbalances and helps occupational and human resource professionals place employees in the appropriate job to minimize the potential of injury. By matching the employee with the job requirements, employers can help reduce the risk of injury and the number of workers compensation claims. For more information about the Physical Capacity Profile® Testing System, go to www.pcpworks.com
Our medical programs are efficient and cost effective, have third-party objectivity to insure unbiased testing and reporting, use state-of-the-art computer systems for rapid return of results and reports, and employ qualified, experienced medical personnel and physicians.
We can help cut your health care costs and most importantly increase worker safety, health, and satisfaction.

“As an Occupational Health Nurse in a plant with over 800 employees, I find Occupational Health Services to be an invaluable resource. I rely on their expertise and knowledge to assist us with keeping up to date on OSHA required annual hearing tests, respiratory fit tests, as well as many other mandatory state and federal requirements.
Occupational Health Services has also provided new hire physicals and drug testing for our company. Their Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) assessments have provided us with information to ensure we are placing candidates in positions that match their physical abilities thus lowering our OSHA incident rate. I have found their group to be knowledgeable, helpful and reliable.”
Columbus Public Schools
“Columbus High School has been very fortunate to partner with Occupational Health Services in our new random drug testing policy. As a school we strive to work with the highest amount of integrity, and Occupational Health Services has ensured that the random drug testing policy is just that. All the employees that perform the onsite testing are very professional, discrete, and welcoming while working with our students. Without Occupational Health Services, our random drug testing policy would not have reached the level of professionalism that we currently have.”

We have the utmost confidence in their staff; they are thorough and effective at communicating issues in a timely way and quickly resolving anything that may come up. From expert advice and counsel provided by the medical director to the efficient handling of paperwork, I can count on the effort and fast response of the Occupational Health Services team."
Health and Wellness Specialist
Nebraska Public Power District
“Occupational Health Services has provided multiple health services for our employees and family members for several years. We have continually been pleased with the on-site services they provide for flu shots and annual wellness screenings. We also use Occupational Health Services for employee physicals, both post-offer employment physicals as well as occupational specific physicals for our employees who are certified to do asbestos and hazardous materials work. Their staff has always been very accommodating, prompt and professional.”
Platte County District 7 Supervisor
“Platte County researched starting a wellness program for a couple of years. Once we decided to implement, we knew that Occupational Health Services would be the first interview for our lab work. It didn’t take long to realize that Occupational Health Services was well attuned to be able to deliver. When using county tax payers funds it’s extremely important that the investment in the wellness program, which we called LEAP, be successful and in the end offer a return on the county’s investment and our employee’s health.
Occupational Health Services worked closely with the LEAP committee and helped with our employees’ informational meeting. They were flexible with each of our unique offices to provide lab time frames that worked best for our employee’s schedules. Occupational Health Services even sat down with each employee, delivering their health report and describing to each employee what they would need to work on to achieve their personal and the county’s goals.
Our LEAP committee had specific needs for our plan to continue reaching our health care insured employees & spouses and Occupational Health Services accomplished each. If you are dedicated to having a successful kickoff and implementation for your wellness plan, I highly recommend partnering with Occupational Health Services.”
Supervisor of Safety & Training
Loup Power District
Lac“For over 20 years, Loup Power District has partnered with Occupational Health Services to provide numerous services such as medical injury evaluations, hearing tests, on site flu shots, tetanus shots, and yearly wellness screenings, just to name a few. Occupational Health Services also provides invaluable DOT services that help keep the company in compliance with DOT rules and regulations. They do all of this while working with the District’s different shift schedules making it convenient for our employees. Occupational Health Services is always just a phone call away and ready to help answer any questions that may arise. Partnering with Occupational Health Services is like having a full-time nurse at your disposal without the cost.”
“The relationship between Occupational Health Services and FLEXcon has been strong, especially in the past 7-8 years when we began conducting job assessments. Occupational Health Services helps us with Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) testing for new hires, drug testing for post job offer and post accident needs, triage for job related injuries, testing for our safety and hazmat team members requirements and much more. Post job offer testing through Occupational Health Services, including PCP’s, drug testing and physicals, helps us find the right long-term employees. Occupational Health Services is a one-stop shop for us, with highly qualified staff that help us stay in compliance, as well as keep our employees well with on-site flu shot clinics and other wellness initiatives. We are lucky to have such service available in our Columbus community, offering the right flexibility and services we need. From experience, we can say ‘all you have to do is ask’ . . . they will provide you with what you need when it comes to industrial / occupational health to keep your employees healthy and safe.”
