Ai Chi Water Exercise Group instructed by Jamie Henke, PTA held in YMCA's Warm Water Pool at the Columbus Wellness Center
Introduction to Ai Chi: Wednesdays - 1:15 - 2:15 PM
Intermediate Ai Chi: Tuesdays 1:15 - 2:15 PM or Thursdays 1:15 - 2:15 PM
*Participants must enter and exit the water independently.
Ai Chi is an aquatic-based program that focuses on deep breathing, relaxation and slow broad movements. The water will provide a relaxing, supportive environment to perform specific exercises. This class is targeted towards improving balance, increasing total body strength and decreasing pain.
- Wednesday Intro class - $10
- Tues./Thurs. class(es): Once $6 monthly or twice $12 monthly
- Wednesday Intro class - $30
- Tues./Thurs. class(es) - Once $20 monthly or twice $40 monthly
Class size limited to 10-12 participants.
