Shelby Heesacker wins Columbus Community Hospital’s Service Over Self award

Shelby Heesacker, a registered nurse at Lindsay Medical Clinic, has been honored with Columbus Community Hospital's third quarter Service Over Self award. This award acknowledges CCH staff members who make significant contributions to their communities through volunteer work. Heesacker was nominated by Chantel Sempek, the practice manager for Lindsay and Humphrey Medical Clinics, for her exceptional dedication to the Creston Rescue team and her role as a junior high volleyball coach at Lindsay Holy Family and Humphrey Public Schools. Sempek praised Heesacker’s selflessness and the positive impact she has on the rural Nebraska communities she serves.
