Juanita Mireles-Pittman wins Sheaf of Wheat

Juanita “Pie” Mireles-Pittman, a certified nursing assistant in the senior behavioral health unit at Columbus Community Hospital, was awarded the Sheaf of Wheat Award for her exceptional care and dedication to patients. Nominated by a coworker, Mireles-Pittman was recognized for going above and beyond in making patients feel special, often pampering them with beauty treatments and even giving haircuts. Her kindness and commitment to patient well-being left a lasting impression. She received a certificate and plaque on March 15. Nominations for the Sheaf of Wheat Award can be submitted through the hospital’s website or via nomination boxes throughout the hospital.
