Is your car seat safe?

Columbus Community Hospital, in partnership with Columbus Motor Company, is offering free car seat safety checks on Wednesday, May 8, from 4-7 p.m. at Columbus Motor Company. Certified technicians will assist caregivers in ensuring that car seats are properly installed, verifying seat appropriateness for each child, and checking for any recalls. This initiative addresses the critical role of car seats in reducing injury during accidents, as car crashes remain a leading cause of death among children. No appointment is needed, and Spanish interpreters will be available.
