Hospital’s home health and hospice programs showcase a year of high-quality care

Columbus Community Hospital’s (CCH) home health and hospice programs both offer skilled services to community members in the comfort of their own homes. Home health provides health care for patients who are recovering from surgeries or illnesses, or those who have chronic health conditions. Hospice is for patients with terminal illnesses who no longer benefit from curative treatment, and want to be comfortable in their final stages of life.

The hospital's home health and hospice programs continue to grow and evolve to provide high-quality care for the surrounding communities they serve. The 2023-24 home health and hospice annual report showcases both of these programs’ accomplishments and growth.
