Columbus Community Hospital's second annual report on the Health Science Pathway program reveals its growing impact and success. This collaborative educational initiative involves local high schools and Central Community College, offering students a structured introduction to health care careers through a series of specialized classes and hands-on experiences.
The program’s curriculum includes introductory courses, a dual-credit CNA certification, and practical job shadowing. With nearly 245 students participating this year and 90 new CNAs trained, the program continues to expand rapidly.
