Hospital receives grant for Columbus Sports Performance Center

The Columbus Community Hospital Foundation has received a $600 grant from the Cornhusker Power Goodwill Fund to support the Columbus Sports Performance Center, located within the Columbus Fieldhouse. This grant will fund the purchase of two Game Ready GRPRO 2.1 systems, which offer compression and cryotherapy to aid athletic recovery.

The Sports Performance Center, part of the ongoing fieldhouse construction, is set to open in January 2024 and will offer personalized and high-performance training for local athletes.
