Hospital invites community members to attend second annual Harvest for Health

Columbus Community Hospital is hosting its second annual Harvest for Health on Thursday, Sept. 5, from 7 a.m. to noon at the Columbus Fieldhouse. This free community event invites people of all ages to explore health care products and services from over 40 local businesses.

The event will feature presentations from three speakers: Dr. Lauren Jazwick from Columbus Otolaryngology Clinic on ear, nose, and throat health; Lucas Novotny from Columbus Sports Performance Center on getting active, including a tour of his training facility; and Dr. Dillon Clarey from Columbus Dermatology Clinic on year-round skin protection.

Additionally, attendees can access free health screenings, including blood pressure, vision, bone mineral density, and heart-health checks, as well as discounted flu shots, Prevnar 20 vaccinations and comprehensive health screenings.
