Hospital accepting applications for its Registered Nurse Apprenticeship Program

Columbus Community Hospital is now accepting applications for its Registered Nurse Apprenticeship Program, aimed at addressing the nursing shortage. The program provides aspiring nurses with financial support, scholarships covering up to 75% of tuition, books, and fees, as well as hands-on work experience. Apprentices receive mentorship throughout their journey and are required to work a minimum of 24 hours per month. Graduates who pass their board exams may qualify for loan forgiveness. Applications are due by March 31, 2024, with accepted candidates being notified in May.
