Free car seat checks to be offered May 8 in Columbus

Columbus Community Hospital is teaming up with Columbus Motor Company to offer free car seat checks on Wednesday, May 8, from 4-7 p.m. at Columbus Motor Company, 2806 23rd St. Certified technicians will guide caregivers on proper car seat installation, check for seat recalls, and ensure appropriate seat usage for children. The event operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with no appointment necessary. Spanish interpreters will be available.
