Columbus Community Hospital nurses recognized for professional development achievements

Columbus Community Hospital recently celebrated the completion of its fifth year of the Professional Development Program, recognizing three dedicated nurses: Heather Elton, Gina Olson, and Kimberly Wiese. The program, aimed at fostering ongoing professional growth and enhancing patient care, has seen 23 completions since its inception in 2019. Heather Elton achieved Level IV, having completed the program in previous years, Gina Olson reached Level II, and Kimberly Wiese earned Level III for the first time. Mike Hansen, President and CEO, and Tawny Sandifer, Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services, praised their commitment and contributions to both their profession and the hospital.
