CCH brings new lifestyle medicine program to Columbus

Columbus Community Hospital's Occupational Health Services is launching a new lifestyle medicine program called Pivio, designed to help participants achieve long-term health improvements. Based on the principles of lifestyle medicine and the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP), Pivio addresses lifestyle factors that can lead to disease and guides individuals toward healthier living. The program features 18 weekly sessions starting Jan. 22, held at the Columbus Wellness Center, and includes two blood work-ups, biometric measurements, class materials, and a free Columbus Family YMCA membership. The cost is $220.
