Columbus Fieldhouse bench project

There are a lot of ways to leave a legacy or place a stamp on history in a meaningful way.  Columbus Community Hospital Foundation offers community members an opportunity to donate to the foundation through the Columbus Fieldhouse bench project.

The Columbus Fieldhouse bench project enables community members to memorialize a lost loved one; honor a special occasion, friendship or family member; or simply give a gift toward beautifying the new fieldhouse property. This opportunity enables community members to own a little slice of history in a meaningful manner.

Through the foundation, each tax-deductible donation results in a beautifully engraved bench offering a place for fieldhouse patrons to sit and rest, while also enhancing the esthetics of the facility.

All benches are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, made in the U.S.A., with a 20-year warranty. Each style of bench comes in the “sand” color with a black frame and black lettering. The two styles of benches include:

  • A 5-foot backless bench for $2,000 with engraving included.
  •  A 6-foot standard bench for $3,000 with engraving included.

The Columbus Fieldhouse receives each bench ordered in about three to four months. All orders are processed through the Columbus Community Hospital Foundation.

To donate a bench as a living memorial to a loved one, contact Cori Fullner, executive director of the foundation, at 402-562-3375 or email her at foundation@columbushosp.org.
