Nominate a Noncertified Nursing Employee for the Sheaf of Wheat Award
Sheaf of Wheat award nominees personify the exceptional care and respect you have come to know at Columbus Community Hospital. There are many different departments and people that make our organization run well and smoothly to provide the best care for our patients. Please take the time to honor and recognize those who help make Columbus Community Hospital an excellent place to find care for your loved ones.
The Sheaf of Wheat signifies productivity and progress. Please tell us the story of how this person has made an impact on you or your family. Let us recognize this individual for their outstanding performance in our hospital community.
Who is eligible for the Sheaf of Wheat award?
Any CCH employee who is not a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) and who has made an impact on a patient or the family of a patient would like to celebrate their contribution. (Please note: RN/LPN’s are eligible for the DAISY award if you would so choose to nominate them in that way).
How are they recognized?
A surprise celebration is coordinated by the CCH Interdisciplinary Council in the honoree’s home unit surrounded by their peers and the person (family) who nominated them, if they so wish to be present.
How do you nominate someone?
If you would like to nominate a CCH noncertified nursing employee, simply fill out a nomination form by clicking on the “Noncertified Nursing Employee Nomination Form” link below and tell us how this employee made an exception impact on you or your family.
