More than Medicine spotlight

At Columbus Community Hospital, care involves more than appointments, procedures and treatment plans. It is about people — the relationships built over time; the trust formed in moments of vulnerability; and the shared goal of helping individuals live healthier, fuller lives. The More Than Medicine series was created to reflect that belief and bring it to life through storytelling.

More Than Medicine is a physician spotlight campaign designed to introduce our doctors as more than their clinical roles. While their medical expertise is essential, this series focuses on who they are beyond the hospital walls. It highlights the passions, hobbies, family lives and personal experiences that shape each doctor’s perspective and approach to care. By sharing these stories, we invite our community to see the human side of health care — the side rooted in connection, empathy and authenticity.
