Home Health and Hospice Annual Report
Columbus Community Hospital released its home health and hospice annual report — a document that showcases both programs’ dedication to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
The programs both offer skilled services to community members in the comfort of their own homes. Home health provides health care for patients who are recovering from surgeries or illnesses, or those who have chronic health conditions. Hospice is for patients with terminal illnesses who no longer benefit from curative treatment, and want to be comfortable in their final stages of life.
