Job shadowing

Columbus Community Hospital offers several job shadow opportunities. To participate in them, please review the “Shadowing in Healthcare” and “Dress Code Policy” documents below.

Then, complete the following forms and email them to Julio C. Chavez with CCH’s human resources education department at jcchavez@columbushosp.org. If form fields are not supported by your web browser, right click on the form links below and save the pdfs to your computer first.

Once we receive these completed forms, we will work on arranging your experience.

Please note that at certain times of the year, there is very heavy demand for job shadow opportunities and it may take time to process your request.

Clinical experiences, surgical job shadowing, observation

Please note that as a small rural hospital, we are not set up to work with international medical students.
