CCH Foundation Golf Outing Raises Funds for Wide Bore MRI System

The 15th annual Columbus Community Hospital Foundation Holing Out Fore Health Golf Outing was held on Friday, June 2 at the Elks Country Club in Columbus. The two-person scramble had 140 golfers raising funds for the Foundation. Proceeds from this year’s event help fund the purchase of the Wide Bore MRI system that was installed in October 2016.
Tim Olson and Jeff Wallace, both of Omaha, with a score of 58 were the overall winners for the day.
Businesses supporting this effort include Title Sponsor TSP – Architecture, Engineering and Planning, and Executive Sponsors – Heartland Builders Company and Pinnacle Bank and Trust.
Event sponsors included ARL Credit Services, B-D Construction, Brookestone Acres, Eakes Office Solutions, First National Bank, McKesson, Midwest Medical Transport Company, Pillen Family Farms, Shelby Lumber Company and Tasty Toppings - Dorothy Lynch.
Dinner Sponsors were Columbus Care & Rehabilitation Center, Control Management Inc., First Nebraska Bank, Inpatient Physician Associates - Columbus, Obrist & Company, and Union Bank and Trust.
The committee for the golf tournament was Marty Nore, Marilyn Murray, Dr. Jeremy Albin, Jay Trofholz, Whitey Walgren and Dr. Justin Linn. Foundation Executive Director, Carol Keller, and Foundation Administrative Assistant, Rita Samuelson, also served on the committee.
