Columbus Community Hospital Quality Report

Columbus Community Hospital strives to keep patients and visitors informed and involved in their healthcare decisions. We believe that, as consumers of health care, members of the community have a right to know about our hospital's quality of care and how it compares to state and national performance goals. That is why we publish our quality scores online.

The Columbus Community Hospital Quality Report shows the performance of our hospital on several nationally recognized quality indicators compared with national benchmarks.  Although much of this information is available on other public websites, we believe in being transparent, open and honest about the quality of care we provide and our efforts to provide consistently excellent care to our patients.

These quality indicators are nationally recognized as measures of care that our patients should expect in our hospital.  We have attempted to provide some context and information to help you understand what these clinical quality indicators mean and why they are important.

As a healthcare consumer, paying attention to quality measures and other factors will help you make the best decisions regarding where to go for medical services.  The information provided on these pages offers a look at how well Columbus Community Hospital meets or exceeds these criteria.
