Hospice Memorial Service Set Sunday, November 5, has been set aside for the Hospice Memorial Service honoring patients of Columbus Community Hospital’s Hospice Program. The service will begin at 1:30 p.m. and take place at the Federated Church, 2704 15th Street in Columbus. A short reception will follow.
November is National Hospice Awareness Month with the theme being “Completing the Circle of Life with Love and Dignity.”
Hospice is an organization that provides medical, spiritual and emotional support to individuals and families with life-limiting illnesses. The CCH Hospice Department was started in 1996. he department’s purpose is to assist in maintaining the highest quality of life possible, along with involvement of the family, friends and community while accessing the highest quality care available through the hospice program.
