| Grief Support Group | 6:30 pm | | Location: Please check at Information Desk for meeting room | This group allows participants to share common problems, receive benefits from helping others, help individuals develop new social support systems and allows for the development or redevelopment of coping skills. A group support format during the grieving process also allows for the exploration of behaviors and feelings related to the loss of a loved one. Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at the Hospital.

It is very beneficial to come to this class before you deliver.
