It's a Matter of the Heart: Atrial Fibrillation 7:00 p.m.
Location: Third Floor Conference Center
About 2.2 million Americans have atrial fibrillation, putting them at risk of blood clots. The disorder commonly causes poor blood flow to the body and symptoms of heart palpitations, shortness of breath, fatigue and stroke.

The likelihood of developing atrial fibrillation increases with age and three to five percent of people over the age of 65 will have the disorder.

Diabetes Activity Group 7:30 a.m.
Location: Third Floor Conference Center - Pawnee Room
This group encourages activity and weight loss. Attendees will work with a walking tape for 30 minutes and then take a few minutes to discuss a recipe, food labels and other diabetes concerns.
